ergoCentric Inc. Announces Promotion of Craig Kerr to President and Chief Operating Officer

Toronto, Ontario – April 6th, 2021 – ergoCentric Inc., Canada’s leading ergonomic seating manufacturer, has announced the promotion of Craig Kerr to President and Chief Operating Officer. Kerr joined ergoCentric as Vice President of Operations in 2019.

“Craig’s substantial experience has proven an invaluable asset to the ergoCentric team,” said Terry Cassaday, Founder and CEO of ergoCentric. “He will lead the team in our execution of core business operations with the purpose of bringing our superior ergonomic seating systems to market faster, and through an expansion of distribution channels.”

Effective immediately, Kerr’s expanded leadership role includes responsibility for manufacturing, customer service, quality control, logistics, information technology and administration.

“Our modular manufacturing system uniquely positions ergoCentric to face the supply challenges the pandemic has caused the contract furniture industry,” said Kerr. “I am excited to help lead the company in its continued pursuit to provide people with the best ergonomic task seating, regardless of where they work and how they choose to buy.”

Prior to joining ergoCentric, Craig worked for Bend All Automotive as General Manager, driving improvement to all critical operational key performance indicators. He also spent many years leading operational change at several companies involved in the automotive industry. Craig holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from Brock University, is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and is a part-time professor at Conestoga School of Business.
